We are working towards a physical location!
Opening a bakery, a Gluten-Free bakery has been my dream for the last 20+ years. I am currently working towards getting a physical location. While this plan is in the works, we are still trying to get funding to open a location. So at this moment, I am a fully licensed cottage food home bakery.

Micah Monette has been working at Deelightfully Gluten-Free LLC since our opening back in 2019. As one of the first people to join our Bakery, he jumped right in when he saw I needed help and has not stopped helping since. He is a skilled self-taught baker with great skill in creating delicious flavor combinations. Micah's wit and humor make him a joy to work with, and his passion for gluten-free baking ensures that all of our products are up to the highest standards.

Amanda has been gluten-free for as long as she can remember. When she was diagnosed with celiac disease, she was just 8 years old. She remembers the frustration of not being able to eat anything at school or on family trips. But that didn't stop her from becoming one of the company's biggest advocates.
Now a resident tech person and with years of experience, Amanda helps manage our social media, branding, and design. Plus, she provides top-notch customer service.
